Description

Formerly known as Zentia Cortega, the Zentia Fission ND tiles bring affordability, quality and style to any space. These 600x600mm, mineral fibre ceiling tiles are a great entry-level option for many projects.

Some of the best applications include:

Zentia Fission ND Tile Properties

These tiles balance practicality and quality, featuring:

  • Sound Absorption – Moderate acoustic support with properties that contribute to a comfortable sound level in open spaces.
  • Cost Efficiency – Their lower price point provides a budget-friendly solution for spaces without skimping on quality.

What Do Zentia Fission Ceiling Tiles Look Like?

The Fission ND tiles feature a soft, white finish that’s both modern and professional. The non-directional fissured pattern adds texture without overwhelming a space, creating a neutral backdrop for many commercial spaces. These square edge ceiling tiles sit flush within the ceiling grid for a professional, uniform finish.

Application Advice

These versatile tiles offer practicality across various applications. We recommend them in the following environments:

  • Offices – With moderate acoustic support, they help create a quiet and more focused workplace.
  • Retail Spaces – The clean, white ceiling tile design lets merchandise and displays shine while also keeping noise levels manageable.
  • Restaurants – These tiles add a polished look while also controlling sound, making them a smart and cost-effective solution for busy dining areas.

Important – The UK market has recently seen a large influx of imported products, particularly from the Far East. These products often have no performance data associated, especially crucial in terms of ‘Reaction to Fire’. Our advice would be, if the price seems too good to be true, there is probably a reason for this.

Always aim to buy products from the leading manufacturers, these include: AMF, Zentia, British Gypsum, Rockfon and Elevate Ceiling Tiles.

All products on our website have been tested to ensure they are suitable for the UK and European markets.

Fire Rating Important Fire Safety Information

⚠ Warning: Cheap imported products often lack proper UK fire testing, putting safety at risk. Testing is essential and ensures compliance with strict UK standards.

This product carries a UK fire reaction also known as combustibility rating. Whether a tile is right for your project isn't always a simple answer, it depends on the materials involved and how and where they're being used. If your project requires structural fire rating, fire-resistant tiles or fire-resistant ceiling grids do not exist independently, only as a combination of materials from the same manufacturer when installed to a set of standards. If you have questions about fire rated ceiling tiles or structural fire rated ceilings, get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction for specialist advice.
