How to Install AMF Ceiling Tiles
Like most mineral fibre panels, AMF ceiling tiles are easy to install. We’ve simplified this step into two processes:
- Install Your Ceiling Grid
Begin your suspended ceiling installation by fixing your ceiling grid around the perimeter of the room. Next, interlock your suspended ceiling grid components together. This will form the holes for your ceiling tiles to sit in.
A suspended ceiling grid should consist of several key components; edge trims, cross tees and suspension wire. For advice on the best ceiling grid products, please don’t hesitate to contact our in-house specialists.
- Install Your AMF Ceiling Tiles
Once you’ve completed your ceiling grid and the system is secure, you can start to install your AMF ceiling tiles. Take care when unpacking them from your box and gently lift each individual tile through the gaps in your grid. The ceiling panel can then gently be lowered into place to form your new ceiling.
