What Do Dune eVo Ceiling Tiles Look Like?

The Dune eVo tiles measure 600 x 600mm (595 x 595mm) and are 15mm thick. Each panel has a microperforated surface to help with sound absorption, however these are very discreet.
This particular specification of the ceiling panel has a microlook edge detail.
What is a Microlook Edge Ceiling Tile?
‘Microlook’ ceiling tiles have a rebated edge detail. This term was coined by Zentia but is now commonly used throughout the suspended ceiling industry. The bevelled edge is used for design purposes only, serving little to no influence over the performance of your ceiling panels.
Microlook ceiling tiles can also be referred to as reveal edge. Once installed in a ceiling grid, these tiles protrude slightly below the framework. Please note: Due to their design, microlook ceiling tiles are only compatible with 15mm ceiling grids.

How to Install Dune eVo Ceiling Tiles
Installing your Dune eVo tiles can be split into the construction of two key steps:
- Install your suspended ceiling grid – The first step is installing your suspended ceiling grid. The Zentia Dune eVo tiles (600 x 600mm) with a microlook edge are only compatible with 15mm grids. Please ensure you have the correct system for your ceiling tiles. The structure of your ceiling grid consists of edge trims, main runners, cross tees, suspension wire and relevant fixings. These will need to be fixed together to form a supportive structure for your ceiling tiles.
- Install your Zentia Dune eVo ceiling tiles – With your 15mm ceiling grid installed, you can begin to fit your Zentia Dune eVo ceiling tiles. To do so, simply lift your panels through the ceiling grid and lower them into place in one of the gaps. Remember that a microlook edge will protrude slightly lower than the ceiling grid.
